Exhibitor Registration

We'd love to have you part of the Skeena Valley Fall Fair!

Thank you for expressing interest in becoming an exhibitor at the Skeena Valley Fall Fair. Just a few things before you apply.

  1. Registration fee $20.00 which includes 2 Adult passes. Extra exhibitor passes are available at $3.00 each.  
  2. Exhibitors must bring their own tables and chairs.
  3. If you must Cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.
  4. You will have to provide a copy of your insurance to the Skeena Valley Fall Fair Society. The liability needs to have the same limits as the insurance for the Skeena Valley Fall Fair Society.   Farmer’s Market Members / Non profit Societies / Craft Vendors / Home Based Businesses may opt out of the insurance requirements. Please contact Vendor Coordinator for further information.
  5. Booth Spaces are 8ft x 10 ft

Responsibility

All Exhibits are the responsibility of the exhibitor.

Education and Non-Profit Displays

If your Display is educational, or part of a not for profit society, your registration fee will be waived. Registration is still required

Cancellations

If you must cancel and withdraw your participation in the Skeena Valley Fair, please contact us as soon as possible.

Tables, Chairs and Tents and Booths

Tables, chairs and tents are the responsibility of the exhibitor. Skeena Valley Fall Fair does not have any that can be lent out. If you require electricity, please bring a generator. Booths are approximately 8 f tx 10 ft.
